- Can they get to the office/manager without access through the gate
- Is the gate far enough from the street so it will not cause a hazard
- 40 feet should be the minimum to accommodate trucks
- If possible, never force your tenants to turn through a gate. Gate damage is expensive and terribly inconvenient
